Yes. From Joff’s Life and Death comic, this is Bobby and Steve…. Life and Death. Chaos also mentions that he is one of the Deaths. I will say that “Life and Death” does currently have two Reapers working for the heavens. Before it was just Steve. But could Chaos be referring to other “Deaths” or “Reapers” as well? Who knows. Though there certainly have been crossovers with other reapers in other comics before.
