Yes. In P.S.I., a spirit cannot interact with the physical plane aside from simple “ghost” things, like apparition, moving some things, possession… but especially not shooting magickal beams and destroying physical material! … Um… well, Nemi can do stuff because she possesses a physical body to channel said energy… but Whisper Song is a different story.
