There’s no need for the old archives. They are just causing confusion. They have been removed. Same goes for the old forums. It’s been two years and they’ve not been used.
Thoughts on remaking P.S.I.
For many that have paid attention to me over the years, it should be no secret that PSI is my first comic, and perpetually experimental.
I have grown attached to the characters and continue to improve my writing. I do not wish to give it up. However, PSI is plagued with all sorts of poor writing elements, and being 4th wall breaking kinda “fixes” that.
While I like the whole comic, I would like to redo the first… well… all of it. Mostly because its incredibly hard for someone to get in to, especially with all of the crossovers and such. I would like to “redo” the story into something more streamlined. Taking out the Crossover Wars, and other crossovers will help. Basically, what I assume will be about 450 comics, could be shrunk down to maybe 50?
PSI will still exist as it has, and I have no desire to stop crossovers and cameos… but I really want something to print, that’s all my stuff, and say “I made this” (with an expanded unverse online).
I still need to sit down and write it all. What i’d like to know, is that if there’s anything from the comic, at any point, that stands out. Something I should keep (or dismiss) in some form?
I plan to keep every major point. Just pacing, characters, and progression may differ. Anything from a crossover that was crucial, will be reworked. I would appreciate any thoughts on this.
